Dubai Racing Carnival collaboration with Meydan expert Ron Wood

The AntePoster is delighted to announce that it has reached an agreement to provide racecard summaries and betting recommendations for the remainder of the Dubai Racing Carnival – up to and including Dubai World Night on 5 April – together with Ron Wood, a leading horse racing analyst and the Racing Post’s Meydan specialist for many years.

Horse racing fans who follow the Dubai racing scene will be very familiar with Ron Wood, who was on the Racing Post staff for more than two decades as a journalist and race analyst. Ron has joined forces with theanteposter.com to make his pre-race Meydan expertise available to horse racing enthusiasts exclusively through our website.

Publication of Ron Wood’s expert insights on theanteposter.com will start this week, with the first write-ups and recommendations for Friday’s cards appearing on the website in the early evening of Thursday February 6. Coverage will continue for the next two months, taking in “Super Saturday” on March 1 and concluding with the Dubai World Cup card on April 5.

What exactly is being provided?

Comprehensive racecard analysis of Dubai Racing Carnival race-days, comprising:

- Full analysis of each race, horse by horse

- A predictive “morning line”, i.e. estimated betting market structure, for each race

- A betting recommendation for each race
